Here are some things to undo the blues: ~ Overthinking = write it down ~ Tired = make time to rest ~ Anxious = meditation ~ Sad = exercise ~ Stressed = place yourself in nature ~ Angry = listen to music ~ Low energy = listen to something funny ~ Burned out = read novels ~ Depressed = place yourself around others ~ Heartbroken = create a new routine Not everything can be fixed with the above. But knowing where to start can be a huge help in pulling yourself free of the struggles. Be well. ššµ
