Am I a lesbian?
There's a document going around "Am I A Lesbian" and I decided to open it and read it thoroughly. A lot of it has resonated with me. It's hard though to differentiate between sexual trauma with men leading me to feel this way or if it's actually the truth. I'm engaged to a man - though the relationship is unfulling romantically. I'm having a really hard time and was wondering if anyone else can relate to this or has some advice?

There are typically thought to be 4 types of intimacy, relating to your security. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. If you are engaged and don't feel romantically fulfilled, I would look into why. Does your partner fulfill any intimacy for you? If they do not, it's because you don't feel like you can trust them. If that is the case, then you should determine if that is because of him, or your general history with men [abuse, and otherwise]. Hope thus helps you, good luck out there!
