I just spent a 5-year relationship with somebody just for them to cheat on me on the end, and I've kind of dedicated my whole life to this person until the point where I sacrificed a lot of myself self worth and my hobbies that I'm finding it hard to understand what's the next step since everything came crashing down all at once I didn't realize how much I shoved away by letting me go into this relationship until afterwards

I dedicated almost all of my life to this guy and he took advantage of me by isolating me from everyone/controlling, and now I'm left with this empty heart for myself and I'm finding it very hard to discover myself again. If anyone has any advice on how to find yourself I will be greatly appreciated 💛🐝
